The Visioglobe project is created by Philippe Poutignat and incubated by “Grenoble-Alpes-Incubation”, in partnership with “INRIA Rhône-Alpes”.
Visioglobe wins twice the OSEO-ANVAR French National Contest for Innovative companies which confirms the company’s innovation potential.
As a result, Visioglobe receives fundings to develop R&D activities.
2007
Philippe Poutignat enters into partnership with Eric Bernard and co-founds Visioglobe.
2008
Visioglobe integrates 3 new engineers and develops its first partnership with Imagination technologies
2009
Visioglobe develops partnerships with, Mappy, NAVTEQ, Intel and NVIDIA.
Visioglobe also benefits from the support of EM Lyon Business School.
Visioglobe closes its first funds raising (1, 2 M€) in September ;
Visioglobe increases the team with 4 new members in the development and marketing departments.
2010
Visioglobe wins the « 2010 NAVTEQ Global LBS Challenge® APAC 2010 » thanks to the VisioStreet ® application.
Visioglobe integrates one new member in the commercial team in order to develop the activity in Dubaï as well as a new developer.
Visioglobe develops a partnership with Texas Instruments.
